Talks and Workshops

Online support: 1-2-1 sessions

Would you like a safe place to talk about any worries you’ve been having about your body or eating? I can offer 1-2-1 support sessions to listen, encourage and mentor your relationship with yourself and your body.

I’ve worked in support roles for eating disorder services, as well as having my own lived experience of body image and eating difficulties in the past. I’m also a counsellor in training, however these are not counselling sessions but rather emotional support and coaching to help you feel more confident and comfortable with your body and around food. I’d always suggest if you’re really struggling to access therapy, visit your GP, or call the Samaritans or a helpline if you’re feeling in crisis.

There is a charge for my services but this is open to discussion to keep the cost as affordable as possible for you. Sessions are via Zoom, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Get in touch through my contact page.

I have extensive copywriting and editing experience and have recently managed a project creating a self-directed learning resource for an eating disorder charity.
